The staff was very friendly plus the location was great and brilliant. In the evening we visited La Casona de Antonio, set around 4-6 minutes' walk from the hotel.

The location of this place is fantastic, situated near a motorway in a peaceful area with nightclubs and restaurants nearby.

the property was clean with amiable and excellent staff. variety of goodies for breakfast. great location, only a short distance to everywhere. a couple of blocks away from la casita and other tourist attractions.

The hotel exceeded all expectations, I would definitely come back here. This location was incredible and marvellous, really close to Madrid or airport and very convenient.

Spacious, comfortable and clean rooms. It seems to be reformed from not long ago, and that shows.

When I booked my room I told them about the possibility of having gluten-free products and lactose-free milk for breakfast (my wife is coeliac). They told me that there was no problem, that everything would be ready for that day. Our surprise was that when we went to breakfast there were no products for coeliacs, not even lactose-free milk (only soy drink). Urgently the girl who attended to us went to get us a roll. When she brought it to us, she couldn't even toast it, she just reheated it, I guess, in the microwave (it was soft). She practically left without having breakfast. Having paid 7 euros for it, the reception did not have the detail to return us the amount of that breakfast either. A disappointment. The quality of the hostel is not good. It is those small details that make one return or not to stay in a particular place.

This place offers guest rooms with good facilities, a comfortable bed, and a private bathroom, and all the staff members are extremely friendly and helpful.

Mostly, it's the noise next door. It's a pub or something like that. Loud music & people talking loud past 2 a.m in the morning. 2nd; no English breakfast. 3rd: limited and very poor choice of meal in the evening, and it doesn't start until 8 p.m.

Perfect for business in that area.I read that was described as an hostal but it is by all means a 3 star hotel and even superior,probably because it has been renovated.

I had a great experience at Hostal Torrejon during my recent stay. The hotel's location was fantastic, right in the heart of the city with easy access to everything. I also appreciated the underground parking and the nearby park, which was a bonus for my 4-year-old daughter. Additionally, the free room upgrade resolved any issues I had, and the hotel was clean and conveniently located for those with a car. Check-in was quick and the staff were friendly, making my stay enjoyable. The room was perfect for a short, modest stay, with amenities like a small fridge and reliable air conditioning. my expectations were exceeded and I would definitely recommend this hotel.
